About M.Tech at GGSIPU

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech at IPU 2026

• Educational qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in a relevant discipline with minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Alternative: M.Sc in a relevant subject with at least 60% aggregate is also accepted for select specialisations.
• Final-year students: May apply on a provisional basis subject to clearing the qualifying degree.
• GATE score: A valid GATE 2026 score is mandatory — admission is strictly based on GATE rank.
• Sponsored category: Minimum 2 years industry experience plus a valid sponsor letter from the employer.

Entrance Test – GATE 2026

GATE 2026 (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is the primary entrance for M.Tech admission IPU GATE 2026.
