Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies — Technical Campus (commonly VIPS-TC or VIPS Pitampura) is one of the most reputed and largest IPU-affiliated institutions in Delhi. Located on the Outer Ring Road in AU Block, Pitampura, the institute is run by the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies society and has been continuously affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) since its inception.
VIPS-TC offers the widest programme menu of any single IPU college — covering management, commerce, mass communication, economics, English, law, computer applications and engineering. Per the 2026-27 GGSIPU brochure, VIPS-TC is the single largest seat-holder across BBA, BCA, BCom (Hons.), BA(JMC) and integrated law programmes in the entire IPU ecosystem.

VIPS-TC is located at AU Block (Outer Ring Road), Pitampura, New Delhi-110034. The campus is a multi-storey academic facility with separate blocks for law, management, journalism, engineering and computer applications. Students benefit from a moot court, broadcast media studios, computer labs, well-stocked central library, sports facilities, an auditorium, and a busy commercial neighbourhood that supports internships and part-time work.

Admission to all undergraduate programmes at VIPS-TC is conducted through the centralised GGSIPU online counselling process. For BBA, BCA, B.Com, BJMC, BA(Eco) and BA(Eng) the entrance is CUET (UG). For B.Tech specialisations, the entrance is JEE Main with rank-based merit. For integrated 5-year law programmes (BA-LLB, BBA-LLB), CUET (UG) merit is used and CLAT scores may also apply per the official notification.
Up to 15% Management Quota seats are available at VIPS-TC across most programmes. Candidates seeking management quota must still qualify the corresponding national-level entrance test (CUET / JEE Main / CLAT) per Important Instruction #21 of the 2026-27 brochure.

VIPS-TC has a dedicated Corporate Resource Centre that conducts year-round placement drives, internship programmes and pre-placement training. Recruiters across BBA / BCA / BCom programmes include leading banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis), Big-4 advisory firms, FMCG and e-commerce companies. BJMC graduates are placed across digital media houses, broadcast networks, PR and content agencies. The integrated law programmes have a strong placement record at top-tier law firms, corporate legal departments and litigation chambers; the LLM specialisations in Corporate Law and ADR see strong demand. B.Tech placements span IT services, product companies and AI/data startups.
