USLLS (USS) LL.M.: Tuition fee, university charges (Rs. 20,000/year), examination fee (Rs. 3,000/year), innovation & incubation fee (Rs. 500/year), development & infrastructural charges (Rs. 10,000/year), plus one-time alumni contribution (Rs. 2,000) and security deposit as notified by the University in Section 14.1 of the PG Brochure 2026-27.
Affiliated colleges running LL.M. (where applicable): tuition per F.No. DHE.18(1)/6th SFRC/2023/3205-15 dated 14th July 2025 (Appendix 13(i) of the PG Brochure) plus the standard university and welfare charges listed above.

Code 238 (LLB 3-Year) is a 3-year graduate-entry Bachelor of Laws degree, requires graduation in any discipline + 50%, admission only via GGSIPU CET 2026 (no CUET, no CLAT). They are entirely different programmes — Code 238 is the LLB itself, Code 112 is the master degree built on top of LLB.
