The BA LL.B (Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws) is a five-year integrated law programme offered by colleges affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).
Per UG Brochure 2026-27 Table 1.1 (Code 121), admission priority is 1. CLAT UG 2026 (primary) / 2. CUET# (vacant-seat fallback per Important Instruction #37) followed by centralised GGSIPU counselling. CLAT-qualified candidates fill seats first; any remaining vacant seats are then filled from the CUET (UG) merit list.
IP University does not conduct its own CET for the 5-year integrated Law programme. Per UG Brochure 2026-27 Table 1.1 (Code 121), admission priority is:
CLAT UG 2026 (priority 1) — primary national-level test conducted by the Consortium of NLUs. Candidates with CLAT scores fill seats first through centralised GGSIPU counselling.
CUET (UG) 2026 (priority 2) — vacant-seat fallback per Important Instruction #37. CUET-qualified candidates fill any remaining seats after CLAT counselling exhausts. CUET also qualifies you for the 10% Management Quota at unaided affiliated Law colleges per Chapter 12.
CUET subject papers for Law: Section IA English (Code 101) + Section II Legal Studies + Section III General Aptitude (Code 501). Note: the 3-year LLB (Programme Code 238) is admitted only through GGSIPU CET — CUET does NOT apply to the 3-yr LLB.
