Eligibility Criteria for IPU Law Admission
- Passed Class 12 from a recognised board
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks (subject to official notification)
- Valid CLAT UG score
- Students appearing in Class 12 can also apply
Detailed Eligibility (Programme Code 121 — 5-yr Integrated BA-LLB / BBA-LLB)
- Class 12 pass (or appearing) with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST)
- Maximum age: 22 years for General; 24 years for SC/ST/OBC (as on 1st October of the admission year)
- For LLM (1 year — Programme Code 112): LL.B. degree with 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST)
- For LLB 3-Year (Programme Code 238): Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate

Refund Policy (UGC Norms)
GGSIPU follows the UGC refund policy. Refund of entire fees (after deduction of Rs. 1,000 processing charges) is permitted up to 15 days before commencement of classes. After classes start, refunds follow UGC slabs — 100% before classes start, 80% within 15 days of commencement, 50% within 30 days, and 0% after 30 days.
